Mildred’s, located on HWY 53 in Ardmore, is ranked in the Top 20 buffets in the United States. Patrons can purchase an all-you-can-eat buffet plus a salad bar to experience Mildred’s tasty Southern cooking. The buffet includes a wide variety of food, from fried catfish to banana pudding. They always have fried chicken and a wide variety of vegetables and desserts. I had mac and cheese, fried chicken, green beans and hush puppies. My favorite was the banana pudding and their peach cubbler was good as well. The rolls were soft and fluffy, and the salad bar had a wide variety of choices so I got lettuce, tomato, cucumber, bacon bits, bell peppers, and ranch. 

Mildred’s is a very welcoming place; it has pictures, signs and decorations all around the restaurant. Mildred’s has an inexpensive dinner for the family. Mildred’s is open for dinner Monday – Thursday it is $10.95 with a drink included. Then Friday and Saturday is $12.99 with a $1.99 drink.

Overall Mildred’s is a family friendly restaurant that can fill an appetite.
