Huntsville’s Lowe Mill is becoming an entertainment epicenter.

On Fridays throughout the summer season, Lowe Mill Arts and Entertainment complex offers free concerts called Concerts on the Dock. These family-friendly shows include performances from a wide variety of artists and genres.

This weekend’s concert will feature original content and performance by The Pressure Kids. Members of the group come from all across the country and offer a diverse musical background, ranging from soul and gospel to punk and rock. The band met while in college in Nashville, Tennessee and have a catalog of over 30 Indie pop-rock cuts akin to the sound of Fleetwood Mac. Their debut EP “Tiger” is a closely assembled collage of powerful Indie rock anthems and love songs.

The concert is free but there is a donation charge of two dollars for parking. Guests are encouraged to bring a picnic, blankets and pets on a leash in order to fully enjoy their experience.
