When people think of a coffee place, most people mention Starbucks because it’s been popular since 1990. However, with the new uprising of 7Brew, people from all over have been arguing whether Starbucks or 7Brew is better. In the end, different people have different opinions, which they are going to figure out today.
With more people starting to get familiar with 7Brew, some of Starbucks’ customers have been going to 7Brew instead. “I would choose 7Brew over Starbucks because they have better customer service and I feel like they overall treat you better. They have many drinks that are customizable to your liking or style,” Senior Luz Corzo-Aburto said.
While some people have been switching to 7Brew instead of Starbucks, some think of Starbucks as better and more original. “I say I would choose Starbucks because it’s the first thing that I ever tried and it has a great variety of drinks. My favorite drink from Starbucks is the vanilla bean frappuccino, a classic,” Sophomore Allison Corzo-Aburto said. A lot of people would want to experience a new place, but some would just like to not change anything and keep going to somewhere that is more comforting to them.
There have also been some people who are not as interested in trying something new. For example, since Starbucks has been here for a long time, people say that they’re not interested in changing something that they’re used to. “I would say that Starbucks is better. Starbucks is just original and I like to stick with what I like. My favorite drink would be the caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, because I like the caramel taste and it’s the perfect drink for me. I would also say their customer service is great and they have a good variety of drinks and snacks,” Junior Karen Garcia-Fernandez said.
When most people look up a coffee place, Starbucks is commonly brought up. With the Sparkman senators being asked questions about this topic, there is a variety of opinions on which is better. Some say Starbucks because it was here first and because it’s simply original, and others choose 7Brew because of better service and more variations. Which do you think is better?
