In the year 2023, you should be looking out for a lot of new movie drops coming to theaters and streaming apps this year. 

1. The Super Mario Bros. Movie- Shows Mario and his brother Luigi trying to save a captured princess. Releasing on April 7.
2. Wonka- After 18 years since the last Willy Wonka movie, a brand new version called Wonka stars Timothee Chalamet as Wonka. directed by Paul king the movie will be released on Dec. 15
3. Scream Vl- The fifth Scream movie, starring Jenna Ortega as Tara Carpenter, will be released on March 10.
4. The Little Mermaid-  Starring Halle Bailey, this Disney classic has a TBA release date.
5. Barbie-  The first-ever live-action Barbie movie starring Margot Robbie as Barbie will be released on July 21. 
6. Dune Part 2- Starring Timothee Chalamet as Paul Atreides, this sequel will be released on Nov 3. 
7. Fast X-  The sequel to F9 and the eleventh film in the Fast and the Furious franchise stars famous actors Vin Diesel and Jason Momoa. It will release on May 19. 
8. Star Trek 4- The fourteenth film in the Star Trek franchise and the fourth movie from the reboot series stars actors Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto and Simon Pegg and will be released Dec. 23. 
9. Evil Dead RIse-  A horror movie based around two sisters who end up having to fight for their lives when an ancient book lets out a bloodthirsty demon, Evil dead is a movie franchise with four other movies making “Evil Rise” the fifth one. It releases on April 21. 
10. Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania- Ant-Man and Wasp explore the realm where they end up interacting with weird creatures. It releases on Feb. 17.
