Instead of our usual Friday night lights, the Senators played Brewer High School Thursday night at Brewer’s home stadium.

Brewer started off the scores of the night with a field goal in the eighth minute of the first quarter.

In the eleventh minute of the first quarter the Senators brought it back around, scoring a field goal to tie the game.

Three minutes into the second quarter the Senators scored a touchdown, leading 9-3. Throughout the rest of the half, we were able to receive two more touchdowns and extra points putting the score at 30-3.

We had no points put on the board during third quarter. With six minutes left Brewer scored, making the score 30-10 in favor of Sparkman.

During fourth quarter Brewer was able to put more points on the board from a touchdown pass. Our Senators still came out victorious ending the game at 30-17.

The new coaches for this year seemed to have paid off. The Senators finished the season 3-7—one of the best records we have had throughout previous years.
