The Gym
Going to the gym is a way for some people to workout and get some good exercise. Working out is actually good for you. It can help with many things like losing weight, gaining muscle strength, boosting endurance, improving brain function and blood pressure, reduces anxiety, and also can improve your sleep. Most people will say they are going to go to the gym but never do it because they end up being too comfortable with being lazy all the time.

Eat healthier
Eating healthier can be a bit of a struggle for most people, you may say you’re going to eat a better well balanced diet but end up seeing all this good looking food or seeing others eat unhealthy food all the time makes us want to eat all the unhealthy food that seems really good.

Getting more sleep
Most people plan on getting more sleep so they are not as stressed, but then they end up staying up all night watching tv, listening to music, reading a book, playing video games, drawing, or even just on their phone on social media. These things can be super fun and become really addicting and keep you up at night so putting these things to a pause is helpful for you to get more sleep.

Social media
We agree to stay off social media for awhile, but then we hear about the news and rumors of others and we want to go check and see what’s going on, then we end up scrolling and scrolling for hours which is unhealthy, also being on social media all the time is dangerous. Being careful of the media is important because you never know what you may see or meet, being on social media all the time is easy, that’s why people do it.

Saving money
Saving money is something a lot of people want to do, but end up spending it instead. When people get bored they tend to go out shopping and end up seeing a bunch of interesting things that we want but don’t necessarily need more of, but we decide to buy it anyways even with expensive costs at expensive places, instead of looking for the cheaper price of the item we buy the more expensive cost of it and if we already have similar items that we really like we want more of it even though we don’t need it.

Spending more time with family and friends
Spending more time with our families and friends is something most people enjoy, but not everyone has all the time in the world to spend time with loved ones, they may have school, jobs, or even part time jobs being juggled all at once. Being in school and working is a lot to handle even having a full time job is hard to stay on track.

Traveling more
A lot of people like to travel, explore new places and try new things. Trying new things is how we learn and again more information and knowledge, exploring new places in the world is always fun and interesting, so when traveling you can have fun and learn a lot about the world that you probably did not already know. Unfortunately not everyone can take a break and just travel whenever because there are costs and not everyone is rich or has a whole lot of money saved up to go on trips and travel.

Learning new hobbies
Everyone probably wants to learn and explore new hobbies, when we try out a new hobby and fail we then want to just give up and never try again. Trying and practicing something can help you become better and talented at it, so when we people fail at a hobby they try then give up and never try again.

Getting more study time
There are alot of times of the day where students have the opportunity to take some time and study for tests and exams but they choose not to because they would rather be lazy or do something else not school related. Taking more time to study every now and then can be very helpful in the future.

Staying organized
Staying organized is a goal for many people, that not everyone achieves or tries. Organizing takes time and cooperation, it’s not just something to do and be done with forever. Becoming an organized person means to manage the time you have, have a plan, have your own way of where you keep certain items and keep areas clean at all times.
