After Alabama to San Diego State University, sophomore Kahleel Green rips up his NCAA bracket. Green chose the Tide to win the national championship.

March Madness Is Truly Mad

March is the best month for college basketball. March madness has had many upsets and surprises throughout the entire tournament. There have been multiple game winners, with games going down to the wire and more.

Purdue was the number one seed in the tournament for March Madness. In their first game they lost in an upset to the 16th seed team Fairleigh Dickinson, 63-58. This started a series of upsets and wild fan rolling games. The number 13th seed Furman, the smallest school in the tournament, this being their first appearance in 43 years, beat 4th seed Virginia 68-67.
One of the most exciting things about March Madness is making your perfect tournament bracket. Due to so many crazy games and upsets no perfect brackets remain. This is one of the most exciting tournaments to watch because of that reason. No one knows who is going to win, anybody can lose at any time.

With the teams left in the tournament I have Alabama winning the tournament. They have a path to go through but they can do it. Head coach Nate Oats put out great game plans to push them far in this tournament by big margins. I believe that they have the pieces to bring the championship to Alabama. Oops. There just went my bracket.
