Senators Defeat Area Opponent Albertville

The Senator clinched their first win of the season against area opponent Albertville, 47-26.

The Senators forced a fumble on the second play of the game that bounced into the hands of senior Kamarion Starks, who raced 64 yards for a quick 7-0 lead.

The offense totaled 509 yards with senior quarterback Luke Schomburg finished 14-19 passing for 204 yards and a pair of touchdowns to junior Matthew Rozier who hauled in 10 passes for 206 yards. Ja’montae Spencer, Jayden Thomas also scored touchdowns. 

The team faces Grissom Friday night at Senator Stadium. The team is currently 1-2.
