Girls Basketball Gets Three Straight Wins

The girls faced Bob Jones on Friday, Dec. 4. The team got the win over the Patriots, 51-46. Kennedy Langham led the team with 14 points, four rebounds, four assists and five steals.

The following Monday, the team took on James Clemens, winning 42-27. Langham led the team with 11 points.

The next night, they faced the Florence Falcons, winning 67-28. Again, Langham led the team with 18 points, followed by Emma Bailey with 13 points.

“We have been playing well lately and the kids have done a great job of getting better every game.  If we can continue improving at same rate, we will be ready for area play and be a difficult team to face in the playoffs,” head coach Patrick Delay said. “With all the interruptions to our practice and game schedule, I am really proud of how our girls have adapted and continue to get better.”
