Melt Proves to be Fulfilling Experience

Melt located on Jefferson Street in downtown Huntsville, is very modern with an uptown look and feel to it. At Melt they offer a great lunch and dinner experience based on the classic grilled cheese.

Walking to the restaurant,  I saw it was a very family-friendly place. They had some things outside for the kids to interact with and entertain themselves with while waiting for their server.

When I walked in, I was greeted by a team member and got seated immediately. I then was asked what I’d like to eat and drink. My food was brought out in good team and tasted amazing. The server was nice and made sure I was having a great experience. 

I had the Baron Bite’s for an appetizer. This was basically mozzarella bites with a spicy ranch dipping sauce. My main course was the Mac Melt which is a grilled cheese with mac and cheese inside of it. It also comes with a side of fries. The food was filling and enjoyable.

Melt is obviously known for their grilled cheeses, hints the name. They of course have just a plain grilled cheese but they also have more interesting grilled cheeses such as the mac melt  with mac and cheese wrapped inside the cheese of the grilled cheese. Another interesting grilled cheese that they serve is the Flyin’ Hawaiian with pineapple, ham and on a pretzel roll. For those who aren’t in the mood for the classic comfort food, Melt serves an array of salads and burgers.

I personally enjoyed my experience and would like to go back to try other options on the menu.
