North Alabama is growing once again.There are big plans for the city of Huntsville.There are plans for a Wahlburgers to be built with an AC hotel. On January the 10th City Centre announced their plans for these businesses to be built at the City Centre. This will be located at the corner of Monroe Street. This announcement will help bring a vibrant feeling downtown. These two sites will possibly be the first in Alabama. Celebrities Donnie and Mark Wahlberg own the Wahlburgers chain. The full construction is set to be finished in early 2018.

On the other side of the city Topgolf will be built on the site of the Madison Square Mall. Topgolf is a premier golf complex. This Mid city project will be taking away memories from the Madison Square Mall, But it is time to build new ones at Topgolf. The construction is set to begin in March and is set to end in 2018.

All the way across the city right outside Madison there be construction of the Huntsville Oasis.

There are a lot of people asking “what is an Oasis?” To answer that question it is multiple things, It is set to have luxury hotel with a multipurpose conference room. If you want a nice place to sleep stop by the Oasis they will make you feel at home.The Oasis will also include restaurant venues and drink venues. It will include a medical arts complex with an avant-garde community arts program. And finally it will have a full service spa. There is also plans for a large outdoor theatre for multiple venues.A large amount of people consider this 560,000 square foot area a unique micro-urban destination. The Oasis will be located off Exit 3 on I-565, on the southwest corner of I-565 and Swancott Rd in Southwest Huntsville.
