Student says restaurant is fantastic for all

What includes Marvel and DC Comics superheroes, excellent food and a friendly atmosphere?

Supper Heroes, located on Winchester Drive, flexes every superhero lover’s muscles through the thrills each dining experience brings. Each wall of the restaurant is covered from floor to ceiling with preserved comic books and hand-drawn graphics. I was kindly greeted at the door and seated without a wait. The restaurant itself was quite small, but the size did not affect the quality.

I looked over the menu, which was modeled exactly like a comic book. In Comic Sans font, items are listed with unusual names such as “The Brown Cow” and “The Luau”. I had to read every bit of the menu in order to know what comes on each burger. My final order was a batch of “All-In Fried Pickles”, fried pickles with Cajun seasoning, and “The Luau”, a burger served on Texas toast accompanied by a thick pineapple slice, barbecue sauce and lettuce.

My waitress was especially happy. She greeted the table with a joyful, yet sarcastic attitude that quickly captured my table with chuckles. She shared witty puns and filled drinks without a problem.

Two separate TVs were playing “Iron Man” and “Captain America”. This was a great way to pass time while waiting on the food. It incorporated the restaurant’s theme while entertaining its customers.

The aroma of our food made my taste buds tingle. The first bite into my Luau burger rushed over my tongue like a cool wave on a beach in Hawaii. It was quite messy, though that did not matter to me. The fried pickles had a crunchy outside layer, and a juicy, salty pickle inside which put the finishing touches on a yummy meal. I finished the delicious meal in less than five minutes and was ready for the check. My whole meal cost around 10 dollars.

I highly recommend this restaurant to superhero buffs, and American food lovers. It provides a friendly atmosphere and happy bellies. I will be returning to Supper Heroes very soon.
